Spirit Alive is a two-day youth conference for Catholic teens across the St. Louis archdiocese (and beyond). The high-energy weekend is focused on fun, fellowship, and building a stronger relationship with Christ.
Throughout the conference, youth are split up by grade to attend specialized sessions built just for them. These sessions include…
– Talks by dynamic Catholic speakers
– Small group discussions
– Games and team-building exercises
– Praise & worship
– Time for personal prayer

Spirit Alive 2025 Presents
Unshakable
Unshakable means you don’t drop your hands, no matter how long the fight goes. “As long as Moses kept his hands raised, Israel had the better of the fight” (Ex 17:11). That’s not just a Bible moment; it’s a battle plan. Like a boxer in the ring, you’ve got to stay alert, keep your guard up, and fight with purpose. Moses didn’t win the battle alone—he had people in his corner, holding him up when he couldn’t do it himself. That’s what the Church is. That’s what this weekend is.
There will be moments in your life when you feel tired, outnumbered, or worn out. But unshakable faith doesn’t quit. It digs in. It leans on God. It surrounds itself with community. You’re not here to play it safe—you’re here to train, to push, to rise. So tape your hands. Find your stance. And whatever happens, keep your hands up.

Includes specialized talks and activities for Confirmation Candidates, High School Students, and Graduating Seniors.
Note: As of 2024, we have increased the grade requirement to 8th grade and above.
